Somehow, even the most workaday structures in Astoria have a patina--some sense of story. This is the Moose Lodge right at the bottom of the hill below me. I drive by it most days. As I was going home after fillng my gas tank nextdoor, I loved the way the streetlights fell on the pavement, one after another, up the hill.
