This is one of the bar pilots that help shuttle bulk containers safely across the treacherous Columbia Bar, aka "The Graveyard of the Pacific." I was walking along the boardwalk when I noticed the lights and how they penetrated the water in one place and reflected in others. I loved how complex the light was here.
